Dowry deed by which Rodrigo Afonso, carpinteiro de tenda, and his wife, Maria Lopes, make a donation to José Rodrigues and Baltasar Rodrigues, sons of Rodrigo Afonso's first marriage to Violante Rodrigues, on the occasion of their marriages to Inês and Maria Borges, daughters of Vicente Borges and Guiomar Gil. They donate to José Rodrigues their houses in Rua do Álamo, Lisboa, and other properties belonging to Maria Lopes, to be entailed with an obligation of one weekly mass and one annual mass for their souls. If José Rodrigues dies without descendants, the entail shall pass to his brother, Baltasar, and his descendants. If they both die without descendants, the entail shall pass to their wives, first Inês, then Maria Borges.
