Exemplification of a composition deed between D. Andreza de Vasconcelos and Catarina de Sousa de Andrade, regarding a dispute over a land entailed by D. Iria da Câmara, and later court sentences on the matter. The exemplification was made at the request of Francisco Pacheco de Lacerda, administrator of the entail.

Dowry deed through which D. Iria da Câmara donor and institutor, founded an entail on behalf of her sister, D. Andreza de Vasconcelos, on the occasion of her marriage with Manuel Pacheco de Lima. D. Iria endowed the bride and her future husband with a pension worth 2 moios of wheat, a vineyard in Terceira island and other properties, all of them entailed with the obligation of three yearly masses celebrated as long as the world lasted. D. Andreza and Manuel Pacheco de Lima would be the first administrators of the entail and their first born male son after them.

Iria da Câmara, accepting her petition regarding the cause she brought wit Catarina de Sousa de Andrade, and allowed that the composition deed and the partition deed they asked for should both be done.

Iria da Câmara, considering it as a property of the entail, but they sentenced some properties in Cardoso's street, in Angra, as non-entailed and, therefore, they should not be restituted to the administrator.
