Contract and bond deed celebrated between the friars of the convent of S. Francisco of Porto and Jerónimo Brandão, Fidalgo da Casa do Rei, administrator of the chapel established by his parents, Diogo Brandão and his wife. Jerónimo Brandão had changed the place of the chapel with the consent of the Pope and promised to give, each year, a certain quantity (30 alqueires) of wheat or 1 500 réis to the friars. In turn, they were obligated to celebrate 8 annual masses for the institutors' souls.
