Dowry deed in which Madalena Álvares, a single woman living in Remelhe, declares that she has promised to marry her niece Maria Gonçalves to Gaspar Gonçalves. To provide for the marriage, Madalena gave her properties, which she entailed in a "capela". The properties were to be owned by the new couple and their descendants, with the condition that masses for the soul of the founder would be celebrated in perpetuity.
