They named their son João do Rego to administrate it after their deaths and if he died before assuming the administration, it should be given to his brother Sebastião do Rego, or their sister Leonor Baldaia or her eldest daughter Maria Baldaia, and after the death of any of them the succession should always continue on the eldest male heir.
