He named his wife as first administrator of the entail and after her death, his sister Maria dos Reis. After the death of Maria, the administration should be handled to his nephews, António Cardoso, Faustina Maria and Simão, in this order. And after the three of them passed away, the succession should continue always on the eldest heir, male or female, of the last of them. If none of them bared children, the administration should be given to the closest relative. The administrator should order an artist to make a pannel for the altarpiece of the Calvary.
