He appoints as first administrators of his chapel his nephew and niece, licenciado Baltasar Barbosa de Araújo and Catarina Ribeiro Maciel, his wife. If they do not have offspring when Catarina Ribeiro dies, Baltasar Barbosa de Araújo will enjoy the chapel's income in his life and, after his death, this chapel will be annexed to the chapel founded by Manuel Ribeiro and Maria Antunes, currently administrated by licenciado Gaspar Portes Ribeiro and Isabel Barbosa de Aguilar, his wife.
