Will chart of João Dinis Simão. He appoints Maria Coelho, his daughter, as administrator of the chancel of the convent of São Francisco of Vila do Conde. He appoints Francisco, his son, as administrator of the chapel of São Paulo, located in Negreiros, having to be ordained a cleric. He appoints Luísa, his daughter, as administrator of the chapel established by Ana Dinis, his aunt.

Dowry deed made by Ana Dinis for the marriage of Joana de Castro, her niece, with João Dinis Simão, her nephew. Some of the endowed assets are entailed in a chapel, for the fulfillment of charges. Ana Dinis also appoints João Dinis administrator of the chapel of Negreiros.
