Will (extract) by which António Antunes establishes an entail in his houses in Lisboa, in Rua da Horta Seca. He bequeaths them to his wife, Maria Dias, and to their successors, with the obligation of 66 masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, 60 for his soul and 6 for the souls of Baltazar Fernandes and Francisca Nunes, his wife's uncle and aunt. If their family line is extinguished, the entail shall be left to the Misericórdia of Lisboa.

Subrogation warrant

Subrogation warrant to Simão Esteves, administrator of the chapel of António Antunes, allowing him to exchange with the Count of Cantanhede a couple of houses in rua da Horta Seca, entailed to the chapel, which the Count had ruined whilst doing works in his own houses, for a couple of houses in Alfama, given to him by the Count in compensation for the damage.

Subrogation deed by which Simão Esteves, administrator of the chapel of António Antunes, subrogates a couple of houses in Rua da Horta Seca, entailed to the chapel, for a couple of houses in Alfama. These houses were given to him by the Count of Cantanhede in compensation for the damage which he had done to his property.
Mentions two deeds of sale dated 1655-12-08 and 1655-12-09. Contains exemplifications of a letter of attorney dated 1656-05-16, a dispatch dated 1655-05-03, and a payment deed dated 1655-10-07.
