The institutor named padre António Dias Biscaia, his brother, as first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, he would be succeeded by padre António Feio, also during his lifetime. After his death, he would be succeeded by padre António Dias Biscaia, son of Mateus Fernandes, during his lifetime. After his death, it should go to the clergyman's nearest relative of the founder, in his father's line.
