Will (extract), by which Leonor de Serpa bequeaths her houses in Lisboa, in Pedras Negras, to her nephew, Francisco Nunes, with an obligation of masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, under the condition that her husband, Valentim de Santa Maria, shall have their usufruct during his lifetime. Francisco Nunes could appoint his successor between his two daughters, Juliana de Serpa and Paula de Brito.
