Will

Will by which Henrique da Maia expresses his wish to be buried in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, in the tomb of the brotherhood of S. Bartolomeu, to which he belongs. He appoints his wife, Maria Coller, as his universal heir and administrator of his chapel of Nossa Senhora da Ascensão. He bequeaths his natural daughter, Sóror Maria, nun in the convent of Rosa, a public debt instrument set the Casa do Tabaco, during her lifetime, that shall pass to his wife after her death. After both his daughter's and his wife's deaths, this public debt instrument shall be given to his chapel, with the obligation of a daily mass for his and his wife's souls.

Her husband's will wasn't finished because he died while dictating it. Followed by two chancery record of apostilles on public debt instruments proving the possession of certain public debt instruments belonging to Henrique da Maia, dated 1666-08-26 and 1666-06-20.
