Will chart (extract) made by Filipa Falcão in which she leaves to Manuel de Pina some houses located in Évora. After his death, he shall be succeeded by his eldest brother, until he had legitimate heirs.
It was approved in 1501-06-08 and opened in 1512-11-13.

Codicil (extract) made by Filipa Falcão in which she left to Manuel de Pina, some houses, located in Évora, that she had previously left to the monastery of Nossa Senhora do Espinheiro, as well as a vineyard, in Pêra Manca, previously left to Diogo Lopes, with associated pious charges. After Manuel de Pina's death, he shall be succeeded by his eldest son.
