Will (extract) by which Francisco Cirne da Silva, administrator of the chapel established by D. Isabel de Sá, declares that he exchanged a farmstead in Merceana, which belonged to the entail of D. Maria, deceased, with another one of equivalent worth entailed to the chapel of D. Isabel de Sá, first wife of João Rodrigues Pessanha, D. Maria's grandfather. D. Isabel had bequeathed it to D. Maria with an obligation of 30 annual masses, which he was now fulfilling. He orders his son, Manuel Cirne, to also fulfill this obligation, as well as the successors of D. Maria's entail.
