Will

Will by which D. Pedro, bishop of Bonn, arcediago of Santarém and cónego of the cathedral of Lisboa, expresses his wish to be buried in his chapel of S. Pedro and confirms the institution of his entail in Alenquer, which he bequeaths to his nephew, Francisco Jácome de Lins. He mentions houses which he had given to the Cabido of the cathedral of Lisboa with an obligation of three annual masses for his soul in his chapel. He also gives one of his servants two farmsteads near his quinta da Ribeira de Pancas, which shall be annexed to his entail if he doesn't have any successors.

Letter of possession of the properties in Alenquer and Aldeia Galega da Merceana, which belong to the entail of bishop D. Pedro, by Susana de Góis de Vasconcelos, its current administrator. They had previously belonged to Mateus Lins de Vasconcelos.

Entail foundation deed

Entail foundation deed by which D. Pedro, bishop of Bonn, arcediago of Santarém and cónego of the cathedral of Lisboa, establishes an entail with all his properties in Alenquer and Aldeia Galega da Merceana, headed by his quinta da Ribeira de Pancas, Alenquer. He bequeaths it to his nephew, Francisco Jácome, son of Teobaldo de Lins and Jácoma Mendes, daughter of Francisca Fernandes. He also appoints him administrator of his chapel of S. Pedro, in the cathedral of Lisboa. If Francisco Jácome dies before him, it shall be bequeathed to one of his siblings: Bartolomeu de Lins, João Lins or Ana Mendes. If their lineages are extinguished, the entail shall be given to the successors of Domingos Fernandes, brother of the institutor, starting in his daughter, Marta Fernandes. If there are no relatives from this side of the family, the Cabido shall appoint the next administrator.

Contract and bond deed

Contract and bond deed by which the bishop D. Pedro of Bonn establishes an obligation of annual masses in the chapel of S. Pedro of the cathedral of Lisboa, which the Cabido gave him. He promises to make an annual payment to the bacharéis of the cathedral, who shall pray these masses. This payment will come from the revenue of his properties in Alenquer, which he will entail. The bacharéis promise to fulfill these conditions.
Contains comission from the Cabido of the cathedral of Lisboa to the bacharéis, allowing them to make this contract, dated 1568-01-23.
Followed by acceptance deed by the bacharéis, dated 1568-02-03.
