Will chart by which Guiomar Soares leaves part of her houses in Calçada Íngreme to her servants, the sisters Antónia Ferreira and Brígida Ferreira, with the obligation of paying for a perpetual mass for her soul at the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo de Lisboa. If the servants didn’t accomplish it, the houses should be pass to Luísa, Roque Gomes and Beatriz Calada’s daughter, and to her heirs with the same charge. The testator gives other options and conditions, affirming that whoever is nominated to succeed in this property must respect the pious obligation. Guiomar Soares orders her burial at this convent, and she also establishes another entail appointing her husband Gaspar Afonso as administrator.
Followed by an approval deed (dated 1585-08-29) and a certificate of an opening deed of will (dated 1589-08-07).
