Will (extract) by which Lázaro Lopes and his wife, Francisca Dias, appoint the one of them who survives the other as their heir, with the obligation that they shall annex all of their remaining properties to the chapel of Francisco Lopes, administered by Lázaro Lopes, and establish a new obligation of masses for both their souls.

Will (extract) by which Francisco Lopes establishes a chapel with a daily mass in the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, Lisboa. He entails to it his properties in Lumiar, Olivais and Ameixoeira, Lisboa. He appoints his son, Lázaro Lopes, as his heir. If he doesn't have successors, the entail shall be bequeathed to the children of his sister, Bárbara Francisca.

Dowry deed

Dowry deed by which Lázaro Lopes, widower, moço fidalgo da Câmara do Rei, donates all of his properties, which are entailed to the chapel established by his father, to Ana de Cora, his niece, and to Pedro de Almeida Bettencourt, moço da Câmara dos Quarenta do Número do Rei, on the ocasion of their marriage. He also makes donations in the name of Ana Franca, their cousin. They are present and accept this donation, promising to fulfill the obligations of the chapel.

Codicil (extract) by which Lázaro Lopes confirms the previous will he made with his wife, Francisca Dias. He annexes all of their properties to his father's chapel and establishes an obligation of 60 more masses for his and his wife's souls. He appoints as next administrator his niece, Ana de Cora, also called Ana Franca, daughter of his sister, Bárbara Francisca, and of André Franco de Cora.
