Will (extract) in which Margarida Luís bequeaths all her assets, located in Arranhó, on the outskirts of Lisboa, to her cousin Estêvão Afonso Albardeiro, Margarida Pires’ son, and his wife Antónia Gomes. These properties must be passed down among the heirs of this couple, to any son or daughter, who must fulfil pious obligations for the testator’s soul, as well as for the souls of her husband and heirs, at the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo de Lisboa. Margarida Luís stipulates that her heirs could be buried in her grave.

Will chart by which Margarida Luís and Jorge Eanes, her husband, establish two entails, incorporating in them all their assets, including lands in Arranhó and houses in Lisboa. Margarida Luís designates Estêvão Afonso, her cousin, to administrate one of them and Jorge Eanes appoints Luís Afonso, his cousin, to administrate the other, both of which are obligated to support the celebration of 12 annual masses for their souls in the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Lisboa. After the death of one of the testators, the other one would inherit the couple's patrimony and fulfil the pious obligations associated to it only during his lifetime. They indicate that their bodies should be buried inside that convent. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1598-12-02 and an opening deed issued on 1601-01-02.

Tombo of properties entailed to Margarida Luís' chapel, issued at the request of Fernando Aires do Vale, Provedor das Capelas. It was administrated at that time by Justa Gomes, Pedro Álvares' wife. Followed by a court sentence issued on 1637-07-10.

Subrogation deed by which Justa Gomes, Pedro Álvares' wife, administrator of Margarida Luís' chapel, subrogated entailed houses in Lisboa for lands in Arranhó. The houses were subsequently sold to Diogo Mendes de Castro for 65 000 réis.
