Will (extract) by which Diogo Fernandes, Leonor Fernandes' widower, bequeaths houses in Lisboa to Baltasar Fernandes, his late wife's nephew, obligating him and his descendants to celebrate an annual mass in the church of S. Nicolau of Lisboa, where his body would be buried next to his wife's remains. After the firs administrator's death, the entail should be inherited by one of his children.

Warrant allowing Pedro de Almada, administrator of Diogo Fernandes' chapel, to sell the houses in Lisboa which were entailed to it, since they were in a ruinous state.
