Codicil

Codicil by which Pedro Vaz Rexa bequeaths two houses the Senado da Câmara de Lisboa has leased him to Francisca da Gaia, his niece, and to Ana da Gaia, respectively sister and daughter of Simão da Gaia, heir of his entail, under the condition that each of them shall order a daily mass for his soul in the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, if the Senado allows it. They shall be bequeathed to their descendents. If they have none, they can appoint another successor o sell the houses with their respective obligations. If the Senado doesn't allow the entailment of these houses, their possessors shall find other properties to entail in their place, with the same conditions.
