Will by which D. Graça de Leão, widow of Manuel Pinto Pereira, expresses her wish to be buried in the cloister of the monastery of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Lisboa, in the tomb of her father, doutor João Martins Pinto, and of her family. She entails a public debt instrument in the Alfândega do Porto with the obligation of 40 annual masses for her soul. She designates her nephew, João Martins Pinto, as first administrator of her chapel.
Followed by approval deed of the will.

Subrogation deed by which João Martins Pinto, husband of Ana da Costa, subrogates a public debt instrument of 46 926 réis set in the Alfândega do Porto, which was entailed to the chapel established by his aunt, D. Graça de Leão, in the monastery of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Lisboa, for another public debt instrument of 80 000 réis, set in the Almoxarifado da Guarda. The chapel had an obligation of 40 annual masses.

Codicil (partial) by which D. Graça de Leão, widow of Manuel Pinto Pereira, changes certain donations made in her will, confirms the institution of her chapel and orders the writing of an epitaph over her burial place. She declares that if her nephew dies without successors, the administration of her chapel shall pass to the children of her cousin, Francisco Dias de Leão, with the same obligations.
Followed by approval deed and opening deed of the will, dated 1649-02-25.
