The institutor designated her brother Ascenso Dias to be its first administrator and he could nominate one of his children to succeed. This entail is composed of a farm with its houses, orchard and vineyards located in Lisboa. She also left to her nephew Manuel Dias Rangel a "censo" of some "atafonas" in Lisboa, with the obligation to order the celebration of masses for her soul.
