Will (extract) by which Sebastião de Morais orders the building of a chapel of the evocation of Santa Catarina in the monastery of Santíssima Trindade of Lisboa, in the place of the old chapel of Chagas, which had been demolished. It shall be given to the Irmandade de Santa Catarina, and serve as his family's burial place. He establishes an obligation of two weekly masses for his soul, to be entailed to a public debt instrument, which shall be given to the Irmandade.

Declaration by Paulo Soares, provedor das Capelas, in answer to a petition by the heirs of Isabel Jácome, deceased, widow of Sebastião de Morais. He confirms that Isabel Jácome had already given to the Irmandade de Santa Catarina of the monastery of Santíssima Trindade the public debt instrument required to pray the masses established by her deceased husband, and orders the lifting of the motion which had been set on her heirs, of which they had complained.

Contract and bond deed by which Isabel Jácome, widow of Sebastião de Morais and his executor, establishes an obligation of two weekly masses in the chapel of Santa Catarina of the monastery of Santíssima Trindade of Lisboa, founded by her husband. She receives it as a family pantheon and entails to it a public debt instrument of 10 000 réis in the Almoxarifado de Santarém.
