Dowry deed by which Teodósio Lourenço and his wife, Isabel Coelho, donate to their son, Simão Lourenço Coelho, as a dowry, the houses they possess in Lisboa, entailed to an obligation of twenty annual masses in the church of Santo Estêvão de Alfama. Isabel Coelho had received them through a donation deed from her aunt, Guiomar Fernandes.
Followed by a letter of possession of the houses.

Donation deed by which Guiomar Fernandes, widow of Luís Gonçalves, donates to her cousin, padre João de Bivar, beneficiado na igreja de S. Tomé de Lisboa, the houses she inherited from her husband, who had bequeathed them to her with an obligation of 10 annual masses in the church of Santo Estêvão de Alfama. She adds to this obligation 10 more masses for her own soul. After the death of João de Bivar, the houses shall pass to licenciado Paulo Rodrigues Pinto, brother of Guiomar Fernandes, if he is still living. After his death, they shall pass to his daughter, Isabel, and to her heirs. João de Bivar is present and accepts this donation.
