Will (extract) by which António Pedroso Teixeira established a chapel, designating the Doutor Valentim da Costa Lemos, desembargador da Relação de Lisboa, to be its first administrator. He was due to order the celebration of masses in the Church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição and to give to a chaplain 25 000 réis. The institutor also declared that his brother left him 3 000 réis for the celebration of masses and he wanted to incorporate this obligation into this chapel.
