Will (extract) by which Maria Teles bequeaths to her husband, Lopo de Andrade, her part of the improvements they made to their houses in Lisboa, as an entail, with an obligation of ordering three weekly and other annual masses for her soul in her chapel, and of keeping two merceeiras, who could be chosen among her poorest relatives.

Sale, quittance, and obligation deed by which João Pereira Pestana e Vasconcelos, administrator of D. Maria Teles' entail, and his wife, D. Damiana Antónia de Brito, sell to their entail a casal in Torres Vedras which they possessed and which was leased to it, using the money deposited for that purpose in the Juízo das Capelas.
Contains a petition requesting authorization for the sale, with its respective dispatch; a certificate of a due diligence deed with documentation regarding the aquisition of the casal, namely a sale, quittance, and obligation deed, and letters of attorney and possession; the evaluation deed of the casal and certificates of payment of the land transfer tax.
