Sentence

Sentence by which Diogo Gomes de Abreu, escudeiro, declared that his father Vasco Gomes founded the chapel of São Brás in the Monastery of São João de Longos Vales, in Monção, with the obligation to have a chaplain for the celebration of a daily masse. The masses were not being celebrated by the priests of Santo Agostinho and for that reason the administrator asked the priests to celebrate them as his father stipulated.

Declaration deed
