Francisco de Torres, second son of Afonso de Torres, is present and accepts the donation. Followed by acceptance deed by Cristóvão de Magalhães, fidalgo da Casa do Rei and escrivão da Câmara de Lisboa, and his wife, Ana de Torres, daughter of Afonso de Torres and Elvira de Castilho, dated 1548-10-09, and acceptance deed by D. Leonor de Alarcão, dated 1548-10-20.

Entail foundation deed by which Gaspar de Torres, fidalgo da Casa do Rei, and D. Leonor de Alarcão, his wife, establish an entail with five public debt instruments bought with the revenue donated to them by Afonso de Torres, their father and father-in-law, on the ocasion of their marriage. This donation had been made under the condition that they should establish an entail. They also establish an obligation of a daily mass in the chapel of Todos os Santos of the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, which shall have five merceeiras who will pray for their souls. If the lineages of Gaspar de Torres and his siblings are extinguished, the entail shall pass to the Câmara de Lisboa, who shall build a hospital with a chapel of the invocation of S. Paulo with its rents.

Subrogation warrant on behalf of Manuel de Sampaio e Melo, administrator of the entail founded by Gaspar de Torres and his wife D. Leonor de Alarcão, allowing him to subrogate and exchange some old entailed houses in Lisbon, worth 5.000 cruzados, with beneficiado Pedro de Sousa e Macedo, that would give a public debt instrument worth 40.000 réis in return for them. The agreement was particularly useful because those houses were leased to the friars of Carmo convent, in Lisbon, for an yearly pension worth only 200 réis.
