Written request submitted by Francisco de Lara, procurador das Capelas, addressed to the licenciado Manuel Barbosa, promotor, noting that Filipa Monteiro, widow of doutor Francisco de Leiria, was, as the head of his inheritance, administrator of the chapel of Afonso Fialho, for the who asked that the same be cited to give accounts of the administration of the chapel.

Will chart by which Afonso Fialho established an entail, incorporating some immovable goods with the obligation to celebrate masses in the Monastery of S. Francisco de Lisboa. He designated his wife Clara de Aguiar to be its first administrator, and his sister Maria Rodrigues to succeed after her death.

Will chart by which Doutor Simão Monteiro de Leiria expresses his wish to be buried in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, in the chapel of Afonso Fialho, of which he is the administrator. He establishes an entail with his properties, with an obligation of 50 annual masses for his soul in that convent. This entail shall be attached to the entail founded by Afonso Fialho. He appoints his nephew, also called Simão Monteiro de Leiria, as the heir of his entail, and mentions that there should be a judgment to decide who shall have the administration of Afonso Fialho's entail: his sister, D. Margarida, or his nephew, Simão. He also establishes that his sister shall not inherit his properties.
Followed by approval deed, of the same date, and opening deed, dated 1609-01-04.

Denunciation warrant of administration

Denunciation warrant of administration to António do Couto de Castelo Branco allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapels of Luís de Andrade, in the church of São Nicolau of Lisbon; Afonso Fialho, in the monastery of São Francisco of Lisbon, and Catarina Eanes and Simão Nunes, in the monastery of São Domingos of Lisbon. The Desembargadores do Paço should grant him an administration letter, for his lifetime only, after he presents them this warrant and a sentence proving that the chapels are vacant to the Crown.
