He also bequeaths to him the farmstead (quinta) of Frielas, which he had inherited from his father, Álvaro Lopes, with the obligation of fulfilling pious charges each year. The testator declares that his body should be buried inside the chapel of Bartolomeu Joanes of the cathedral of Lisboa, where his father's remains are deposited. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1479-10-26.
