Nicolau of Lisboa, entailing her farmsteads and lands in Alhandra, Arruda dos Vinhos, Alcântara and houses in Lisboa. She appoints Álvaro Nunes, Escudeiro, escrivão da Casa do Cível, to be its first administrator, obligating him and his descendants to support the celebration of a daily mass for her soul in that church. After his death, the entail should be inherited by his eldest son.
