António da Costa Pacheco had been condemned to surrender that patrimony.

Warrant demanding the seizure of the revenues belonging to Fernando Vaz de Caminha and Margarida Eanes' entail, as it was requested by Pedro Homem da Costa. It is declared that, previously, Frei Miguel da Costa had taken hold of the entail's assets, which led to a legal action opposing him to the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo. Subsequently, the entail's assets were delivered to António da Costa, Luís Lopes Rebelo's attorney. Followed by a certificate issued on 1656-04-03.

Will chart by which Doutor Fernando Vaz de Caminha, Sobrejuiz na Corte e Casa do Cível, and Margarida Eanes, his wife, entail all their assets to the chapel they established in the church of S. Julião of Lisboa, determining that its revenues must support the celebration of a daily perpetual mass for their souls. After the death of both of them, the entail shall be administrated by Doutor Gaspar Vaz, Margarida Eanes' son, and passed to his descendants. The testators declare that their bodies should be buried in their chapel.
