Grace warrant of administration

Grace warrant of administration on behalf of Diogo Rangel, orphan son of Cosmo Rangel de Macedo and Maria Josefa Loba, naming him administrator of the chapel founded by Maria Eanes in the monastery of São Francisco of Santarém, after a judicial demand by which he was acknowledged as rightful heir and administrator of the chapel. Diogo Rangel Sarmento, his grandfather, was the last administrator of this chapel, and received a grace of appointing a successor after he embarked to Baía in 1625. Although, due to a particular disaffection, he didn't appoint his grandson as successor, but rather recognized the claims of Isabel de Moura, who denounced the chapel as vacant. D. Maria Josefa Loba moved a judicial demand over the chapel's administration on behalf of her son and obtained a favorable sentence.
