Will chart

Will chart through which Henrique Leme establishes a chapel in the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa, appointing Ana Leme, his sister, to be its first administrator. He orders his sister to sell part of his patrimony and to use the profit to buy properties to incorporate in that entail. He chooses to be buried in the altar of Nossa Senhora do Rosário, in the church of that convent. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1521-09-20.

Dowry deed between D. Miguel da Silva and D. Isabel de Abreu, his wife, and Duarte Mendes and Guiomar Nunes, his wife, to marry their offspring, D. Fernando da Silva and D. Beatriz, respectively. Duarte Mendes and Guiomar Nunes give to their daughter, as part of her dowry, a public debt instrument of 500.000 réis, founding with it an entail. In turn, D. Miguel da Silva and D. Isabel de Abreu give to their son, as part of his dowry, their entails, namely the entail of Arcas, in the outskirts of Elvas; the unnamed entail in the center of a litigation, in the outskirts of Elvas; and the entail of Leme, in the town of Lisbon.

Contract and bond deed

Contract and bond deed between the friars of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa and Ana Leme by which the latter gives 200 000 réis to them in exchange for the donation of the chapel of S. Tomás, where her parents' remains and the administrators of Henrique Leme's entail should be buried. She committed herself to give 18 000 réis, each year, to that convent with the purpose of assuring the fulfilment of the pious obligations established by Henrique Leme, her brother. Contains a license issued on 1547-10-23.
