Sale and bond deed by which the Cabido da Sé de Lisboa sold the chapel of S. Miguel of the church of Nossa Senhora dos Mártires to Frei Gregório de Jesus, Frei Jerónimo Coelho, Francisco Mendes de Barros, executors of Beatriz Maria and Martinho Gonçalves do Souto's wills, for 280 000 réis. The Cabido allowed the burial of the remains of Martinho Gonçalves do Souto, his wife and future administrators of the entail in that chapel.

He had entailed to it 2 public debt instruments of 240 000 réis. She designated Capitão Francisco Gomes, her husband's nephew, as the chapel's next administrator.
