Will (extract) by which Diogo de Castro Pacheco and his wife, Jerónima de Castro, express their wish to be buried in the tomb of João de Castro, grandfather of one of them. They entail both their third parts and bequeath them to their son, Cristóvão Pacheco, and to his successors. The one of them who survives the other shall establish the pious obligations of the entail.

Will (extract) by which Jerónima de Castro, widow of Diogo de Castro Pacheco, confirms the foundation of the entail they established in a previous will with both their third parts. She appoints as her part of the entail her houses in Cruz da Pedra, Lisboa, and establishes an obligation of a daily mass for their souls, over their tomb.

Subrogation warrant in favour of Luís Nunes Tinoco and his wife, Maria de Aragão e Miranda, administrators of the chapel established by Diogo de Castro Pacheco and Jerónima de Castro. They are allowed to exchange with the conde de Castelo Melhor the houses in Cruz da Pedra, Lisboa, previously entailed to this chapel, for a public debt instrument in the Almoxarifado da Guarda. This instrument was previously annexed to the entail of Tomás de Sousa, administered by the conde de Castelo Melhor.

Denunciation warrant of administration

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of D. Isabel de Sousa Chichorro allowing her to judicially demand, at her own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Diogo de Castro Pacheco in the convent of São Francisco of Xabregas, after denouncing its vacancy and during her lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.
