Antónia Clara de Faria, all of them natural children of the abade Manuel de Carvalho de Eça, regarding the succession of the entails founded by D. Teresa Agrela and Manuel de Faria, which had both been administered by their father. This agreement deed was made by the Ouvidor de Barcelos in order to settle a judicial dispute between them, ending with the recognition of Pedro da Cunha Soutomaior as administrator of the entails.
