He institutes a chapel in the church of Misericórdia of Alvito, entailing assets to fulfill the charges. He appoints Tomás, son of Maria Magro, his niece, as administrator, if he were a clergyman. The administrators were supposed to be clerics, descendants of Maria Magro, excluding, however, Damião Dias Magro and Pedro de Lemos. If the descendants were extinguished, the administration would fall to the deão of the cathedral of Évora.
