Will of Diogo Barreto, ordering his burial the church of Salvador de Serpa, in the same grave as his father, Duarte Barreto. He entails his portion of the estate of São Brás, with a charge of masses, and appoints Mécia Rodrigues, his daughter, as the first administrator and executor.

Composed of an exemplification of a will of Mécia Gomes Raposa; an exemplification of a will and an approval deed of Diogo Barreto; an exemplification of a will and an approval deed of Beatriz Gomes Raposa; two certificates of court record; a certificate of a due diligence deed; a will and an approval deed of Maria Gonçalves Raposa; certificate a will of Maior Gomes; two acórdãos and two administration letters, to Francisco Coelho and António Fragoso.

Denunciation warrant of administration

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of cónego Francisco Barreto allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of five chapels founded respectively by Maria Gonçalves Raposa, Maior Domingues, Beatriz Gomes, Duarte Barreto and Diogo Barreto, all of them in Serpa (whose last administrator was João de Moias), after denouncing their vacancy and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Acórdão judging a civil process between the procurador da Coroa, plaintiff, and Pedro Barreto, António Colaço, Gaspar Gonçalves and Maria Barreto, defendants, administrators of the chapels of Duarte Barreto, Diogo Barreto, Beatriz Gomes, Maior Gomes Raposa and Maria Gonçalves Raposa, located in Serpa.
The sentence absolves the defendants, because they are legitimate descendants of the founders and fulfill the charges.
It is ordered that the chapels should be crossed out from the list of the Capelas da Coroa and that the sentence be registered at Torre do Tombo and at the Provedoria.
