Sentence by which it is ordered that the payments of the obligations of the chapel established by Isabel Luís in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa be made from the public debt instrument entailed to it, which had been left by Cristóvão Leitão, its previous administrator, deceased.
Preceded by a summary mentioning a certificate dated 1632-09-06, by which it was proven that Cristóvão Leitão was fulfilling the obligations, and explaining that in 1641 the administrator was D. Beatriz de Abreu, and that the payment hadn't been made for 6 years.

Sentence ordering that D. Beatriz de Abreu, widow of doutor Francisco de Figueiroa, be given possession of the chapel established by Isabel Luís in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, which she had inherited from her brother, Cristóvão Leitão, since he had died without direct descendants, and which was entailed to a public debt instrument.
Preceded by an undated petition by D. Beatriz de Abreu, explaining these circunstances and requesting a public debt instrument, and by a justification with testimonies corroborating her plea, dated 1642-02-10.

Sentence by which the provedor das Capelas refused to validate a composition made between António Lourenço de Vasconcelos, his wife D. Violante de Abreu Leitão, and the priests of the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, because he doesn't have the jurisdiction to confirm it.
Preceded by a summary by which it is explained that António Lourenço de Vasconcelos had been called to give notice of the payments in 1659, of which he was found to be in debt for 14 years. He and his wife, D. Violante de Abreu Leitão, had then agreed with the priests of the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa to entail a farmstead in paço do Lumiar, Lisboa, to fulfill these charges, through an agreement deed issued in 1660-05-12. However this deed was impugnated since they lacked permission from the pope to make it.
Followed by an acordão em relação dated 1662-01-11, confirming this sentence and ordering the sequestration of the public debt instrument.
