Acórdão em relação judging a civil process between the procurador da Coroa, plaintiff, against the Lisboa's council, defendant, on the administration of the chapel established by Estêvão da Guarda and Sancha Dinis, in the monastery of São Vicente de Fora.
The sentence reveals that the officers of Lisboa's council had allowed the chapel to be demolished without seeking to safeguard the memory of the institutors and without maintaining the celebration of the charges. Consequently, it condemns the defendant to leave the administration, due to maladministration. The Crown was to appoint a new administrator who was to redo the chapel.

Afonso Sanches, bastard son of D. Dinis, to fulfil the charges of the chapel that they had established in the monastery of São Vicente de Fora. The charges that should be celebrated are determined, as well as the succession in the administration. The administrator should be the eldest son and in case of extinction of the lineage, the city council of Lisbon.

Chapel foundation deed by which Estêvão da Guarda and Sancha Domingues, his wife, establish a chapel in the monastery of São Vicente de Fora. They established the obligation to celebrate masses and to light a candle in this church, using the rents of a farm, a "forno" and houses that were donated by Afonso Sanches and D. Teresa. Sancha Domingues would be in charge to fulfill the obligation by the death of her husband, but if she remarried, the obligation would be transmitted to a first born legitimate son or daughter.

Royal sentence in favor of Guiomar de Montarroio against the officers of the municipality of Lisbon and master Pedro, administrator of Estêvão da Guarda's chapel, who brought the accusation. The sentence recognizes that the houses located on Rua Nova dos Mercadores, in Lisboa, were leased by the Crown to Guiomar Montarroio, which means they did not belong to the chapel instituted by Estêvão da Guarda in the monastery of S. Vicente de Fora, in Lisboa.
