Grace warrant of administration on behalf of Diogo Pais Pacheco giving him the administration of the chapel founded by Estêvão da Guarda and Sancha Gomes, in São Vicente de Fora in Lisbon, and the chapel and hospital of Sampaio, in Lamego's judicial district, founded by the king D. Dinis and the queen D. Isabel. He received the administration of both chapels after he married with Ana de Alpoim, who received a grace warrant of administration promissing the administration of a chapel worth 50.000 réis, as a reward for the military services of her deceased father.
