Will (extract) by which Duarte de Almeida Pacheco established a chapel with all his real estate, instituting the pious obligation of one daily mass celebrated in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. He appointed his brother, Bernardo Pacheco, as the entail's first administrator.

Subrogation warrant on behalf of Baltasar Pereira do Lago, administrator of the chapel founded by Duarte de Almeida Pacheco, with mass obligations in São Domingos de Lisboa church, allowing him to subrogate and exchange an entailed public debt instrument worth 39.500 réis with the Senado da Câmara de Lisboa, in return for some houses in the city that were leased from this municipal council and were unlawfully entailed by the institutor. This subrogation would settle a judicial dispute regarding those houses.

He asked if he could use that amount of money to convert lands, located next to his farmstead (quinta) of Malvasia, into arable ones. He would then incorporate them in the entail he administered.

Contains an insert (dated 1692-04-30), a letterof attorney from the Monteiro-mor do Reino (dated 1692-05-06), two bids records (dated 1692-05-06 and 1692-05 -30), some motions launched by D. Francisca da Cunha and other documents related to the auctioning of the houses.
Several acórdãos follow, confirming the sentence, and numerous other legal documents relating to the process, which drags on beyond the end of the century.

Domingos of Lisboa. The former demands that the friars fulfill the wishes of the deceased by celebrating a daily mass in the church of their convent, in exchange for 40 000 réis.
