Declaration deed of Gil Vaz ordering that the chapel is in "fateosim", the masses will be celebrated by Vasco Dias and Álvaro Pires, and the administrator must have a ledger. This chapel should be attached to the chapel of his father and daughter and both administrated by the same person.

Codicil made by Gil Vaz appointing Pedro Miranda to replace the late executor. He appoints Domingos Dinis and António Rodrigues to replace Pedro Miranda if he dies. They will appoint a successor with morals; and the chapel will be built in the church of Espírito Santo. The chapel's income shall be divided in equal parts between the captives, in masses and for Pedro de Miranda.

Acórdão em relação which opposed the Procurador da Coroa, plaintiff, against António de Abreu, defendant and chapel's administrator appointed by the provedor. The chapel belongs to the crown and it will be accepted the appointments of the provedor for its administration while the king doens't choose another administrator. The income will be shared in equal parts for the Fazenda, the rescue of the captives and the pious obligations. The chaplain will be choosed by the administrator and he must put an inscription in the chapel.
