Will (extract) by which Martinho Lourenço established an entail using the third part of his immovable goods, designating his son Gil Martins to be its first administrator. He was due to order the celebration of masses in the Church of Nossa Senhora da Graça, in Lisboa. The successors are obligated to add the third part of their immovable goods to the entail.

Tenure contract between Lopo Dias de Lemos, administrator of the entail of Martinho Lourenço and Margarida Esteves, and Diogo Delgado, in which the first one leased to the second one a farmhouse, in Santa Maria dos Olivais, in the outskirts of Lisbon. The contract was approved by Jorge de Lemos, nephew and successor of Lopo Dias de Lemos in the entail's administration.
