Will (extract)

Will (extract) by which Vicente Rodrigues Castelão declares that, following the death of Joana de Almeida, he married Filipa Monteiro and divided the chapel he had established with his late wife in two parts. Maria de Sá, Joana de Almeida's niece, was appointed to administer her aunt's share. The testator decides to leave his share to Filipa Monteiro, who is obligated to celebrate 2 weekly masses for his soul in the church of the Convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo. After her death, Fernando da Cunha should inherit the chapel and transmit it to Ana Catarina da Cunha, his daughter.
