Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of D. Teresa Josefa de Pina allowing her to judicially demand, at her own expenses, the administration of the chapel of S. Sebastião founded by Diogo Nunes in the church of S. André of Lisboa, after denouncing its vacancy due to the death of Manuel de Sousa, last administrator and during her lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.
It is referred that the chapel was instituted in 1581.
