Dowry deed

Dowry deed by which Inês Fernandes, Simão Farto's widow, donates to her granddaughter, Catarina de Brito, who would marry Inácio Ferreira, a rent of wheat that is entailed to the chapel established by Duarte Fernandes, Inês' brother, in the church of Santo Estêvão of Alfama. After the death of Catarina de Brito's grandmother, she would become the chapel's next administrator.
Furthermore, Branca Vaz, Marcos Fernandes' widow, donates to Inácio Ferreira, her grandson, all her properties, including houses in the parish of S. Miguel, Lisboa, which were associated to the obligation of celebrating an annual mass in the church of S. Maria Madalena of that city. Those assets would only be given to Inácio Ferreira after the death of his grandmother.
Inácio Ferreira accepted this deed.
