Will of the priest Gil Eanes Pereira by which he established a chapel of invocation of Santa Ana, in Elvas. He incorporated some assets for the fulfillment of the charges. The institutor designated António Vieira, son of Manuel Lopes, his cousin, to be its first administrator, if he was ordered a priest. The priest Rodrigo Aires, the administrator's nephew, should succeed him and then his closest relative, who should be a cleric.

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of André Vieira allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Gil Eanes Pereira, after denouncing its vacancy due to the extinction of the institutor's bloodline and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.
