Will chart

Will chart of Isabel Correia, establishing a chapel with all her assets. She appoints Baltazar de Sá, her son-in-law, executor and administrator. She orders her grave in the chapel of Nossa Senhora do Rosário, in the church of São João da Talha, where the charges were to be celebrated. This entail is composed of a farm with its olive groves, houses, two "marinhas", "pinhal" and vineyards in Lisboa.

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of João de Puga de Vasconcelos allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Isabel Correia, after denouncing its vacancy due to the death of Baltasar de Sá. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, valid during his lifetime only, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of Bartolomeu de Sousa Mexia, Desembargador, allowing him to continue with the judicial demand started by António da Veiga da Fonseca who denounced in 1687 the vacancy in the administration of chapel founded by Isabel Correia in São João da Talha and died before obtaining a favorable judgement. He petitioned the king to continue with the demand after the widow and heirs of António da Veiga da Fonseca decided to give up of the cause on his behalf, showing no further claims on the denunciation as a sign of personal gratitude towards the magistrate.

Acórdão em relação, judging a civil process between Bartolomeu de Sousa Mexia, plaintiff, assisted by the procurador da Coroa, against Maria da Silva, defendant, about the chapel instituted by Isabel Correia.
The sentence judges the chapel as a vacancy for the Crown, as there are no descendants of the institutor. It condemns the defendant and delivers the administration to the plaintiff, during his lifetime, in the form of the denunciation warrant of administration he had. Orders the chapel to be registered at the Torre do Tombo and at the Juízo das Capelas da Coroa. The plaintiff, with the sentence, had to request the respective administration letter at the Desembargo do Paço.
